Roos in Country Victoria of Australia

In Hall's Gap, there were quite a few of them staring at us. Joel and I had picked one of the worst weathers in the whole year to do this trip.
This fellow has a lot of fascination towards us. Not begging for food. Just constantly hopping around in a circle and turning its head towards us.
The rain was easing to a degree and I took this baby lens of mine to snap a shot or two on this wild animal. On Olympus E520 body, the autofocus is continuously hunting with inability to lock the focus due to so many annoying branches and leaves. In the end, I settle on pressing the pre-focus buttons on the Oly 150mm f2 to get my focus right. Sigh... Modern technology is sometimes not as good as manual focus at all.
That evening, we had kangaroo meat for dinner. Low fat and low cholesterol. A little too gamy due to lack of seasoning...

You have taken a sharp focus on the innocent look; it was begging you not to eat Roos.....

Hehe, I was still a vegetarian from 2 years ago. Now I guess I am just a sinner!

Great shot of the kangaroo. Nice that you can appreciate the animal and still enjoy eating Australia's finest.
