This korean man is dressing up for a cause. A good cause but I never know what it is!
He has been doing the basking for about a year or so. Always dancing around violently shaking all joints. A little disturbing. Yes. Everyone stares at him.
In this shot, his whole body vibrates. Only f2 manages to get his face sharp. The rest of the image is suffering motion blurs.
So you get the juice that this man is a little more than weird...

Umm, haven't you read his story on the big board he keeps near his feat? He's Korean and he was in the war. Might have been wounded. And no, he doesn't "vibrate"... that's not what it's called when one does the hula hoop. I feel sorry for the poor guy whenever I see him.
